Are you a coffee lover dreaming of growing your own coffee tree, but live in a place where coffee can't thrive? We have the perfect solution for you!
With our Rent-a-Tree program, you can rent your very own coffee tree on our lush 15-hectare farm in Togo. Choose from one or multiple plots, each 100 square meters in size, where we cultivate approximately 16 coffee plants per parcel. Depending on the age of the plants, weather conditions, and other factors, each plot can yield between 3 to 9 kilograms of green coffee beans each year.
Our local coffee expert, along with a dedicated team of young students and helpers, will take care of your trees, ensuring they receive the best possible care. When it’s time for harvest, we will carefully gather the beans and ship them directly to you. You get to roast, prepare, and enjoy your very own coffee right in your home country!

1st year: Laying the Groundwork
The first year is all about preparing the land and setting your coffee trees up for success. Due to the rich soil, the jungle quickly reclaims the area if left unattended. So, during the first three months, our team will clear the land and ready it for planting.
Once the field is prepared, we’ll begin planting not from seeds but from healthy, one year-old coffee seedlings sourced from local Togolese suppliers—this way, you’re already one step closer to harvest! Since coffee plants thrive in shaded environments and need consistent moisture, we’ll also plant banana and avocado trees, creating natural shade and optimal conditions. Our approach is eco-friendly; we use only organic fertilizers and work sustainably with the local ecosystem. Throughout the rest of the year, our team will carefully tend to your plants as they take root and grow.
Coffee plants only start producing fruit after 2 to 3 years, so while your first year won’t yield a harvest. However you’re welcome to visit, see the progress and even join our workers.
Included in your first-year Rent-a-Tree package is a one-week stay at our site. During your visit, you’ll enjoy simple yet comfortable accommodations, experience delicious local cuisine, and witness your trees growing strong. Plus, each year we raffle off one round-trip flight to Togo for a lucky participant!
2nd year: Your First Harvest
In the second year, our experts continue to nurture your coffee plants, ensuring they’re healthy and thriving. You’re welcome to visit us again and see the impressive progress for yourself, watching your coffee trees grow strong.
Between November and February, we expect the first harvest — an exciting milestone! While the initial yield may be smaller than in future years, this is your chance to savor the very first taste of your own coffee. If you’re up for an adventure, you can even join us on-site to hand-pick your beans, making the experience truly personal. After harvesting, we’ll ship your beans directly to you, so you can finally enjoy a cup of your home-grown coffee.
Year 3: Optimization Phase
In the third year, we shift into optimization mode. Leveraging data collected from the first two years, our team fine-tunes field practices to maximize yield and quality. As a technology-driven company, we continuously analyze and adapt our methods to ensure the healthiest plants and the most efficient production.
Your coffee trees are now approaching peak productivity, so you can look forward to a larger harvest by year’s end. With each refinement, we’re committed to delivering the best possible results — providing you with an even more abundant supply of your very own home-grown coffee.
Years 4 to 7: Prime Harvest Years
By the fourth year, your coffee plants have reached their optimal yield phase, delivering the highest quality and quantity of beans. Although our Rent-a-Tree program has a minimum commitment of 3 years, we encourage you to extend your experience and enjoy these peak harvests.
As an existing participant, you can renew your rental at the original rate, while new participants join at a higher rate due to the reduced risk and increased yield. These prime years offer you the best returns on your investment—a unique opportunity to enjoy the full potential of your personal coffee trees.
